Feature Categories

• Local-Only Core: on-device data unless user opts into sync/backup.
• Calendar Access: create/manage a dedicated app calendar only; no other calendars touched.
• Health & Fitness Data: logs workouts/diet; optional Apple Health read/write with explicit consent.
• Social/Community (optional): profiles, followers, posts/activities; user-controlled visibility.
• Subscriptions & Payments: Apple IAP; entitlements via RevenueCat; no full card data stored by us.
• Notifications: optional reminders/alerts; opt in/out anytime.
• Analytics & Diagnostics: de-identified/aggregated data only; crash and performance data collected via Sentry without personal identifiers.

3) Information We Collect

• Account & Contact Info (if you create an account or contact us): name, email.
• App Data You Provide: workouts, diet entries, notes, goals, preferences.
• Permissions-Based Data:
  • Calendar (Actenda, Zeitly): We request access to create and manage a dedicated calendar for Actenda or Zeitly and related events. We do not read, modify, or share events in your other calendars.
  • Health & Fitness (TopSet / PortionPerfect+): With your consent, you may log data or connect services (e.g., Apple Health). Access and use are limited to the features you enable.
  • Notifications: If enabled, used to send reminders and updates.
• Device & Usage Data: device type, OS version, app performance metrics, user interaction patterns (anonymized), and crash logs (without personal identifiers).
• Subscription & Payments: managed via Apple In-App Purchase and subscription infrastructure (e.g., RevenueCat). We receive non-financial metadata (e.g., product, status) but not your full payment details.
• Social Data (TopSet, optional): profile info, followers/following, activities you choose to share. You control visibility through in-app settings.

4) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate app features (e.g., scheduling events, tracking workouts or diet).
• Personalize your experience and remember preferences.
• Analyze performance and improve stability, safety, and quality.
• Provide support and communicate about changes, security, or service notices.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

5) How We Share Information

• Service providers (e.g., error tracking via Sentry with privacy hardening enabled, subscription management like RevenueCat) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards and data minimization.
• Legal, safety, and rights compliance.
• Social features: when you choose to share (e.g., TopSet activities), your content may be visible to others per your settings.
• We do not sell your personal information.

6) Your Choices & Controls

• Permissions: Manage Calendar, Health, Notifications, and other permissions in your device settings at any time.
• Access, correction, deletion: Contact us to exercise rights available in your region, including requesting deletion of your account and associated data.
• Marketing communications: Opt out by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

7) Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your personal information, subject to legal requirements.

8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9) Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in those age ranges.

10) Regional Disclosures

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g., access, portability, deletion, objection). We honor applicable privacy laws, including U.S. state laws and international frameworks where relevant.

11) Category Details

Local-Only Core

Data: User-created content (e.g., notes, preferences) stored locally on device.

Purpose: Enable core app functionality without requiring internet or cloud storage.

Sharing: None, unless user opts into optional sync features.

Retention: Indefinite, until user deletes app or data.

Controls: Delete app data via device settings or in-app options.

Calendar Access

Data: Events created in dedicated app calendar.

Purpose: Scheduling and organization.

Sharing: None beyond service providers for calendar sync.

Retention: Until user deletes events or calendar.

Controls: Revoke Calendar permission; delete calendar/events.

Health & Fitness Data

Data: Workouts, diet logs, Apple Health data if authorized.

Purpose: Tracking and insights for fitness/diet goals.

Sharing: Not sold; de-identified analytics to improve services.

Retention: Until user deletes or requests removal.

Controls: Revoke Apple Health permissions; delete logs or request deletion.

Social/Community (optional)

Data: Profile, followers, posts/activities, comments.

Purpose: Community interactions and sharing.

Sharing: Visible per user settings to other users.

Retention: Until user deletes content or account.

Controls: Privacy settings; delete content/account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Data: Product IDs, entitlement status.

Purpose: Manage paid access and features.

Sharing: With Apple and RevenueCat for processing.

Retention: As needed for billing history.

Controls: Manage/cancel in App Store; request account deletion.

Notifications

Data: Device token for push notifications.

Purpose: Send reminders and updates.

Sharing: With notification service providers.

Retention: Until user opts out or deletes app.

Controls: Toggle in app and device settings.

Analytics & Diagnostics

Data: Device/OS info, anonymized usage events, crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics. Personal identifiers (IP addresses, user IDs, personal information) are excluded through privacy hardening.

Purpose: Improve app reliability, stability, and performance; identify and fix bugs without compromising user privacy.

Sharing: De-identified data only with Sentry (configured with sendDefaultPii: false) under strict privacy and security standards. Screen recordings, if collected, are masked to prevent personal information exposure.

Retention: As needed for analysis and improvement (typically 90 days for crash data); automatically purged based on our data retention policies.

Controls: Data collection is anonymized by design; contact support for privacy requests or to report concerns.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you through the apps or by other reasonable means.
